1. Booking & Appointments
Q: How do I book a test? A: Booking is simple! You can search for your required test or health package on our website, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Alternatively, you can call or WhatsApp us at [Insert Phone Number] to book an appointment directly.
Q: Do I need a doctor’s prescription to book a test? A: For most preventive health checkups and routine blood tests, a prescription is not mandatory. However, for specialized tests, it is recommended to have a doctor’s advice. You can upload your prescription during booking if you have one.
Q: Can I reschedule or cancel my booking? A: Yes. If you need to change your time or cancel, please contact us at least 2 hours before your scheduled slot.
2. Home Sample Collection
Q: How does Home Sample Collection work? A: Once you book a home collection slot, our trained phlebotomist will visit your provided address at the scheduled time. They will collect the sample safely and transport it to our lab in a temperature-controlled environment.
Q: Is there an extra charge for home collection? A: [Optional: We offer free home collection for orders above ₹XXX.] For smaller orders, a nominal visiting charge may apply. This will be shown to you at checkout.
Q: Which areas do you serve? A: We currently serve Srinagar and surrounding areas. Please enter your pincode on the homepage to check if we service your location.
3. Reports & Results
Q: How will I receive my test report? A: We are an eco-friendly lab. Your report will be sent directly to your registered Email ID and WhatsApp number as a secure PDF. You can also log in to your account on our website to download past reports.
Q: How long does it take to get results? A: Most routine blood test reports are available within 24 hours. Specialized tests (like cultures or biopsies) may take 2 to 3 days. The estimated turnaround time is mentioned in the test description.
Q: Can I get a hard copy of my report? A: Yes, hard copies can be collected from our main lab center. If you require a hard copy delivered to your home, courier charges may apply.
4. Payments & Refunds
Q: How can I pay for my test? A: We accept:

Online Payments: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Net Banking.

Cash on Collection: You can pay cash to the phlebotomist when they visit your home.
Q: What is your refund policy? A: If you cancel a prepaid booking 2 hours before the slot, we will initiate a full refund. Refunds typically take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.
